Lyght Bulb Moment Foundation Inc.® was created by a Nurse Practitioner
out of frustration with the limited access to healthcare services in Vermont and other rural communities. Due to significant staff shortages and long wait times to see providers, many Vermonters struggle to receive the care they need.
Our foundation aims to bridge this gap by providing more resources and support to those affected by these challenges. Initially focused on dementia care, we have expanded our mission to include mental health and primary care, ensuring that all individuals have access to essential health services. Your donations can help us support more unpaid family caregivers and improve healthcare access for all.
