Our Founder
Dr. Tiney Ray
Dr. Tiney Ray founded the Lyght Bulb Moment Foundation with a passion for supporting individuals and families navigating changing care needs and life transitions. With years of experience in care education and community advocacy, Dr. Ray recognized the critical need for accessible resources, family guidance, and compassionate partnerships that empower people to make informed decisions about supportive living.
Her vision is a community where every family has the knowledge, support, and resources needed to navigate changing care needs with dignity and confidence.
Our Community Partnerships

- Ida's House of Vermont — A Level III Residential Care Home providing a structured, supportive, home-like environment for adults who benefit from assistance with daily living.
- Lyght Bulb Moments LLC — Providing education, training, and consultation services focused on caregiver support, community education, and improving quality of life.
